This type of research is field research with a qualitative research model. This study uses interview, observation, and documentation data collection techniques. Then, data analysis is carried out by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. After obtaining the existing data, the results of this study the author can conclude that the role of parents is very important in improving the practice of Islamic jurisprudencemlearning at the DDI Mareto Elementary School, active involvement, role models, and emotional support from parents have been proven to strengthen the understanding and experience of Islamic teachings by students. The research employed a Classroom Action Research (CAR) design conducted in two cycles, each consisting of the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The participants were 20 fourth-grade students at MIT Insan Cendikia Makassar. Data were collected through tests, observations, and assessment sheets, and analyzed using a qualitative descriptive approach. The findings revealed that the application of the Discovery Learning model effectively improved students’ learning outcomes and creativity. The average learning outcome score increased from 79.55 in Cycle I to 84.33 in Cycle II, while the level of student creativity rose from 64.25% to 89.5%. Furthermore, 95% of students achieved scores above the Learning Objective Achievement Criteria (KKTP). The research employed a quantitative approach with an experimental research design, specifically a pre-experimental design using the one-group pretest-posttest model. The study involved two variables: the independent variable, namely the implementation of the PBL learning model, and the dependent variable, namely students’ learning interest. The population of this study consisted of all fourth-grade students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Swasta in Belawa Subdistrict, Wajo Regency, totaling 257 students. The research sample comprised 41 fourth-grade students who were selected as the participants. The instruments used in this study were a student learning interest questionnaire and an observation sheet on the implementation of the PBL model, both of which had been validated by experts (validators). The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics to test the research hypothesis. The results revealed that the implementation of the Problem-Based Learning model had a significant effect on students’ interest in learning science at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Swasta in Belawa Subdistrict, Wajo Regency. Based on the hypothesis testing, a significance value of 0.003 &lt; 0.05 was obtained, indicating that H₀ was rejected and Hₐ was accepted. A qualitative research approach was employed, with data collected through in-depth interviews with the head of the madrasah, Akidah Akhlak teacher, classroom teachers, and parents, as well as through participatory observation and documentation studies. The findings show that the implementation of Akidah Akhlak learning at MI DDI Bottoe is well-planned, age-appropriate, and integrates local values. Experiential learning and discussion methods serve as the main approaches, supported by value inculcation through exemplary stories and routine practices within the madrasah environment, such as congregational Dhuha prayers and classroom duties. Student character evaluation is conducted qualitatively, focusing on individual development. However, the madrasah faces several challenges, including limited instructional time, differing parental understanding, and the negative influence of social media. The key findings reveal a positive and significant impact of Akidah Akhlak learning on students’ behavioral changes. In terms of social concern, students demonstrate greater initiative in helping friends and neighbors, as well as an increased willingness to share. Regarding humility, students become more open to feedback, avoid showing off, and learn to appreciate the contributions of others to their achievements. Consistency in habituation at school and exemplary behavior from families play crucial roles in strengthening the internalization of these values.
