About the Journal

Jurnal Perkamen : Perpustakaan, Informasi, Sosial, dan Humaniora is a scientific journal published by the Department of Library and Information Science, Makassar Islamic University in 2023. This journal is intended for lecturers, librarians, information scientists, information specialists, information managers, literacy activist, anthropology, communication science, sociology, researchers, and students in publishing their research results within its scope, both in Indonesian and English. Accepted manuscripts are manuscripts that have never been published before.

This journal is published twice a year, in January and July. The articles published in Perkamen will be selected strictly based on relevance and significance in their field.
