Contraception can be defined as a method applied to prevent fertilization between egg and sperm cells, in order to prevent pregnancy. The Family Planning Program is an effort to control the number, spacing, and age of births through the promotion of protection and support in reproductive health, with the aim of creating quality families. In 2023, the use of implant acceptors was 156, in 2024, the use of implant acceptors was 176, while in 2025, January-April, there were 64 acceptors. The purpose of this Case Study research is that students can carry out family planning midwifery care with New acceptors of implant contraception at the Marusu Community Health Center (UPTD) in Maros Regency in 2025. The midwifery care method used was Variney's seven steps and documentation in the form of SOAP. In the case study of Mrs. L, there was no gap between theory and case. The provision of care was successful due to the collaboration between the patient, the patient's family, the doctor, and the midwife.
