Abstract

Anemia is a coudition in which the number of erythrocytes is not enough to meet the oxygen needs of the tissue. anemia, which is
clinically defined as a decrease in hemoglobin levels to less than 11.5 g/dL. Aki continues to increase due to several factors, one of which is anemia in pregnancy, approximately 41% of women are indicated for iron deficiency anemia. The purpose of this Case Study research is that  students are able to carry out midwifery care for pregnancies with mild anemia at UPTD Puskesmas Marusu , Maros Regency in 2025. The midwifery care method used is the seven steps of Variney and documentation in the form of SOAP. In the case study of Mrs. D, 33-34 weeks gestation with mild anemia in the third trimester, there was no gap between theory and case. The provision of care was successful because of the cooperation between the patient, the patient's family, doctor and midwifes
