Hypertension pressure is a harmful non-infectious illness, frequently referred to as the "silent killer" due to its subtle signs yet potential to cause severe issues like stroke, renal failure, and heart-related conditions. Fortunately, high blood pressure can be reduced with non-drug methods, one of which is through physical activity such as Prolanis Gymnastics. Prolanis gymnastics is a form of physical fitness activity carried out through structured gymnastics movements. The aim of this research was to assess how well Prolanis Gymnastics exercises reduce blood pressure in individuals with hypertension receiving care at the Antara Health Center. This study used a pre-experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest approach, involving 30 respondents selected by total sampling. The results showed that 21 out of 30 respondents (70%) experienced a decrease in blood pressure after participating in Prolanis Gymnastics. However, 9 respondents (30%) showed no change, possibly due to factors such as smoking, stress, drug consumption, and unhealthy diet. The discoveries from the Wilcoxon Marked Rank test demonstrated a important lessening in blood weight levels. The cruel systolic blood weight dropped from 152.67 mmHg to 145.97 mmHg (p= 0.000), and the diastolic blood weight fell from 91.00 mmHg to 87.17 mmHg (p = 0.003). These results demonstrate that Prolanis Gymnastics effectively reduces blood pressure among individuals with hypertension and should be consistently applied.
