MEMELIHARA AKAL DALAM MAQASIDU AL-SYARI'AH (Suatu Solusi Preventif Terhadap Kejahatan)

Abstract

The title of this paper is "Maintaining reason in Maqasidu al-Syari'ah (Solution to Prevent Against Crime)". Intellect is a valuable self-potential given by Allah swt.. One differentiator from other collections. Reason can make someone noble, while at the same time causing someone to despise in the eyes of Allah swt.. From the title gives an overview of exciting actions in the community because it represents a person or party who does not use their minds properly. It could be, because they are not allowed through the instructions of the Syari'ah. Therefore, the challenge of reason as discussed in Maqasidu al-Syari’ah (the purpose of Allah swt. Creating the Syari'ah) is something that is daruriyah or primary and becomes a solution in efforts to correct crime in society.
